Below are the latest Syncware product updates released May 2025:
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- EDI: Fixed a bug that was preventing customers from viewing the raw EDI 850 (Purchase Order) in Syncware
- Cin7 Omni: Fixed formatting bug so Notes should now appear as expected with appropriate spaces (not as one continuous line with no spaces).
- MarketTime:
- Added support for Third Party Payment Tokens with the new configuration: Use Third Party Token. If you are using a payment processor other than Hosted PCI, you will need to turn this configuration ON to get the correct payment token.
- Added a new mapping for Promotional Discounts on orders. These discounts are now aggregated with other discounts and applied as a percentage by default.
- New configuration: Discount as Amount. This configuration will allow the discount to be shown as a dollar amount on the order in Syncware (instead of a percentage).
- QuickBooks Online: upgraded to be compliant with new API version 75 (releasing Aug 1, 2025).
- Apparel Magic: Made an adjustment to avoid duplicates and improve order processing when a new customer needs to be created in Apparel Magic.
