Below are the latest Syncware product updates released June 2025:
Syncware UX/UI and feature enhancements:
- Restored the ability for customers to change the status of order(s) within Syncware. Primarily for use when orders need to be re-transmitted to correct a data mismatch. Previously, customers needed to reach out to Syncware Support to facilitate this change.
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- QuickBooks Desktop: Added a configuration Suppress Line Item Notes to remove notes on orders and only show the name of the SKU.
- QuickBooks Online: Fixed a bug preventing discounts from populating on orders if orders require kit breakout.
- InfoPlus:
- Upgraded the connection to comply with new API rate limits required by InfoPlus.
- Re-configured the Import Shipments action to create unique Pack IDs to support partial shipments for EDI compliance.
