Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in July 2024:
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- Aleran Connected Commerce: NEW mappings for Bill-to and Ship-to email addresses
- Cin7 Omni and Shopify: Fixed a bug impacting orders with Unit of Measure conversions if they were not exported.
- Faire: NEW feature to support whitelisting of SKUs. For customers with multiple Faire stores, Syncware now supports whitelisting (only uploading specific SKUs) based on the individual store.
- InfoPlus: NEW functionality to support multiple shipments. Additional shipments are now added to the original shipment for total units shipped.
- Netsuite: NEW feature to prevent duplicate orders from exporting to Netsuite on the following actions: Upload Invoices, Export Transfer Orders and Export Sales Orders
- EDI: NEW support for processing and sending 997 (Functional Acknowledgement) documents
Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UX/UI:
- NEW Connect page that displays only the required fields for connecting (currently only available for Faire, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online integrations)
- Improved EDI Pick/Pack speed for faster processing
- Invited users are now displayed on the user list, regardless of whether they have accepted the invitation or not.
- Added Vendor Customer ID as visible and editable on the order details screen
