New Customer Referral Program
Customers can now earn commissions by referring new customers from the Syncware platform. When your referrals start their subscription, you'll receive a commission. Turn your network into a revenue stream while helping others discover Syncware.
The Wholesale Network Enhancements
Retailer Orders Screen: The Retailer Orders screen has been redesigned to list orders by order date rather than by vendor, making it easier to track and manage your order timeline.
Retailer Re-orders: Retailer re-orders now display the current date instead of the original order date, providing better clarity on when re-orders are placed.
Sales Agency Access: Sales Agencies can now create their own accounts for The Wholesale Network without requiring a vendor invitation.
Integration Updates
Shopify
- We've migrated Inventory actions to the GraphQL API connection as required by Shopify. We're continuing this API upgrade with plans to complete the migration of all actions by early 2026.
Ordoro
- Fixed an error that was preventing lists from Ordoro from importing correctly into Syncware.
QuickBooks Online
- Resolved a bug in the Export Sales Receipt action that was causing incorrect pricing for Group Items.
