Syncware Product Update: Aug 2025

Below are the latest Syncware product updates released August 2025:

Syncware UX/UI and feature enhancements:

  • Updated Analytics page including:
    • Clickable Summary statistics at the top that link to the relevant area of Syncware showing the underlying data (e.g. Customers, Orders, Products, Integration, Sync Builder)
    • Added an “Orders by Integration” graph displaying orders by integration source vs. Orders in aggregate from all sources   
  • Adjusted the “Orders by Channel” (i.e. EDI order sources) graph to display the custom or chain name for each EDI integration so it’s easier to understand
  • On the Account Details page, the field for adding email addresses to receive system notification emails has been removed. As a reminder, email notification permissions were moved to the user level in July 2025.  For more details, please review this Help article.
  • Increased security measures deployed across various sections of the app 
  • Bug fix to accurately populate date fields to when the date picker (calendar) is used in any Configuration.
  • Easier-to-use “Connect” pages to isolate the configurations required to connect or re-connect have been added for the following integrations:
    • Cin7 Omni
    • Cin7 Core
    • RepZio
    • Ordoro
    • BigCommerce
    • Apparel Magic

Improvements to the Wholesale Network:

  • The retailer Re-Orders screen has been augmented to include item images, item descriptions, and subtotal for the re-order.
  • Added a confirmation prompt for the Re-Order. Note: a Re-Order cannot be edited in Syncware once submitted.
  • Updated mapping between the Retailer’s Syncware account and their Shopify integration to add the item price from the order to the cost field in Shopify upon product export.

New workflow actions and features added to existing integrations:

  • Shopify
    • New functionality to map to Shopify’s B2B Companies feature (vs. Customers). The following actions/configurations have been added:
      • New Actions
        • Import Companies (Shopify -> Syncware)
      • New Configurations
        • Match with B2B Companies
        • Create New Company Location
        • Clean Import Customers
        • Clean Import Companies
        • Last Company Import
        • Last Company Location Import
        • Create New Company Location
    • Added a feature that will add the country code to phone numbers that do not have a country code included. The default will be +1.
  • ShipStation
    • Bug fix so that the Auto Pick Pack configuration is functioning properly.
    • Added an Item Description Swap allowing the product description to be sent to ShipStation.
  • Netsuite
    • Fixed a bug that was preventing the clean import of Sales Reps.
  • Ordoro
    • Two new workflows are supported:
      • Upload Shipments (Syncware -> Ordoro)
      • Upload Inventory (Syncware -> Ordoro)
  • MarketTime
    • Added a configuration to block orders based on the order code field (Block Orders by Order Code). Selected order codes will not be imported from MarketTime.
  • EDI
    • Updated status on EDI-810 documents when invoices are sent. The status in Syncware will be updated to “EDI-810 Invoices - Complete” instead of “EDI-810 Invoices - Shipped”.
