Ideal Support/Integration Engineer is expected tohave: + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification with a major in information technology
+ Desirable, but not required, an experience handling clients in a support role
+ Excellent written and spoken English
+ Work closely with developers and testers in various time zones to follow-up on behalf of clients
+ Demonstrate skills using ticketing systems and various software tools
+ Demonstrate working knowledge of .NET/C# and Visual Studio
+ Work in normal day shift – Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm EST
+ Comfortable working remotely and with teams in different time zones
